Epson’s first A4 UV desktop printer to launch in ANZ – Hardware – Printing

Epson has introduced its first-ever A4 UV desktop printer, the SureColor V1060 (SC-V1060), will launch in Australia and New Zealand within the second half of 2024.

The SC-V1060 permits direct printing onto a spread of supplies together with acrylic, metals, wooden and canvas, and helps substrates as much as 297mm x 210mm (A4), and as much as 70mm in thickness.

UV curable UltraChrome UV ink with CMYK+white+varnish allow output on each inflexible and versatile supplies with Epson Precision Dot and Variable Sized Dot Know-how.

Further white ink and polish will be utilized as a layer or spot color for improved picture expression and end high quality.

Bearing dimensions W699 x D699 x H426mm, the SC-V1060 is designed to suit into restricted areas like retail environments, with its built-in air filtration system requiring no area on the rear to permit placement towards a wall.

The printer incorporates a 4.3” touchscreen with animated directions, an automatic cleansing system, and a 140ml replaceable ink pack system that helps cut back waste.

Epson Edge Print Professional software program offers picture enhancing instruments through an interface, whereas Epson Cloud Resolution PORT permits dwell manufacturing monitoring, reporting and job price accounting.

An A3 model of the SC-V1060 is deliberate to launch in late 2024.
