Delta Apparel Reports Preliminary First Quarter Sales Results
Double-Digit Growth is Possible in Most Go-To Market Channels

DULUTH (Ga.), January 05th, 2023–(BUSINESS WIRE.)–Delta Apparel, Inc., a top provider of lifestyle and activewear, as well as direct-to garment digital printing and fulfillment solutions, has announced preliminary sales figures for its fiscal first quarter 2023, which ended on December 31, 2022.
Overall, the Company anticipates net sales to reach $106 million in its first quarter. This includes 17% growth in Salt Life Group’s segment. It also sees double-digit sales growth through its direct-to consumer retail channels and its eCommerce channels, as well as continued growth in its wholesale customers. DTG2Go’s 20% increase in sales led to the Delta Group segment. This was a significant improvement on last year’s quarter. The Company experienced a sales drop in Delta Direct due to market conditions. However, Global Brands channel and Retail Direct both saw double-digit sales growth.
